Ronda Rousey's only looking for a 'yes' man when it comes to dating -- at least that's what her ex-bf Brendan Schaub claimed while opening up about his days dating Ronda.
UFC heavyweight Schaub was on Joe Rogan's Fight Companion show Saturday night ... and they started out praising Ronda for all her success. But when Jiu-Jitsu badass Eddie Bravo suggested Schaub get back together with Ronda ... things got a little bitter.
Schaub said, "I'm not the guy for the job. She needs a guy who's gonna take a backseat."
Check out the vid ... Schaub also went in on Ronda's camp, saying, "She's surrounded by people that worship her and go yes, yes ... that's a great idea." He claims it didn't go well for him if he disagreed with Ronda.
Sounds like someone's not thrilled with how things ended.
